"The Rouse Kent Public Art Award is a longstanding private/public partnership, between Rouse and Kent County Council. The initiative was set up to encourage and reward projects that promote the value of art in public places and over its nine year history the Award has supported and drawn attention to some imaginative commissioning programmes."
